Welcome to The Attraction Code Coaching. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our coaching services, website, and programs. By engaging with our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully as they form a legal agreement between you and our coaching practice.

1. Our Coaching Services

The Attraction Code Coaching provides professional coaching services designed to help individuals develop confidence, improve relationships, and achieve personal and professional success. Our programs include one-on-one coaching sessions, group coaching, digital courses, and related materials. Results vary based on individual commitment, participation, and circumstances.

If you purchase a digital course (for example, the 16‑Week Dating Masterclass), access is personal and non‑transferable for your own education. You may not share, resell, or redistribute course content. Access windows and included materials are as shown on the course checkout page and may evolve to reflect product improvements.

2. Nature of the Coaching Relationship

Coaching is a collaborative partnership focused on helping you achieve your goals:

Professional Partnership: We work together as equals toward your success
Goal-Oriented: Sessions focus on your specific objectives and desired outcomes
Action-Based: Coaching emphasizes practical steps and accountability
Not Therapy: Coaching is not psychological therapy, counseling, or medical treatment
Forward-Focused: We concentrate on creating your desired future

3. Your Responsibilities as a Client

To ensure the best coaching experience, you agree to:

Attend scheduled sessions punctually and prepared
Participate actively and honestly in the coaching process
Complete agreed-upon action items between sessions
Communicate openly about challenges and progress
Respect the coach's time and expertise
Provide accurate information during intake and assessments
Take responsibility for your own decisions and actions

4. Session Policies

Scheduling: Sessions are scheduled through our online booking system. You'll receive confirmation and reminder emails.

Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the session.

Technology: Online sessions require a stable internet connection and a quiet, private space. We'll provide technical support as needed. We also rely on reputable third‑party providers to deliver parts of the service (e.g., Stripe for payments, ActiveCampaign for email communications and waitlists, Mixpanel for product analytics, and Meta Pixel for advertising analytics).

Session Length: Sessions are typically 60 minutes unless otherwise agreed upon.

5. Confidentiality & Privacy

Everything you share in coaching sessions is strictly confidential. We will not disclose your personal information or session content to third parties without your explicit written consent, except as required by law or in cases where there is imminent risk of harm to yourself or others. This confidentiality extends to all coaching materials, assessments, and communications.

6. Investment & Payment Terms

Coaching and course purchases are investments in your future. Payment terms are provided at checkout or at the start of our coaching relationship. Payments are processed via secure third‑party providers (e.g., Stripe). Pricing may be presented as a one‑time payment or as an installment plan. If you select installments, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the payment method on file for each scheduled installment until the balance is paid. Promotional/early access pricing is time‑limited and may change.

For digital courses, we offer a simple 14‑day guarantee: if within 14 days you do not see meaningful progress in your matches or conversations, email us and we’ll refund you. To be eligible, you must request within 14 days and, where requested, show reasonable participation (e.g., completing the first module’s key actions). This guarantee applies to digital course purchases and does not cover completed 1:1 sessions.

7. Intellectual Property

All coaching frameworks, methodologies, assessments, worksheets, and materials provided during our coaching relationship are proprietary to The Attraction Code Coaching. You may use these materials for your personal development but may not reproduce, distribute, teach, or use them for commercial purposes without written permission. Recording of sessions is not permitted without explicit consent from both parties.

Course videos, documents, and related digital content are also protected intellectual property. Access is provided solely for your personal use as a student and may not be shared or redistributed.

8. Results & Expectations

While we are committed to supporting your success, coaching outcomes depend on many factors including your commitment, participation, and willingness to implement suggested strategies. We cannot guarantee specific results or timelines. Success in coaching requires active participation and consistent effort on your part. Your results may differ from testimonials or case studies shared.

Client stories and testimonials reflect individual experiences and do not guarantee that you will achieve identical results. Your outcomes depend on your background, effort, and actions.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for coaching services. We are not responsible for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages. You acknowledge that coaching involves personal growth that may temporarily create discomfort as you expand beyond your current limitations. If you require mental health treatment, we will provide appropriate referrals.

10. Termination

Either party may end the coaching relationship at any time with appropriate notice. We reserve the right to terminate services if these Terms are violated, if you are not actively participating, or if the coaching relationship is not beneficial to your goals. In case of termination, any unused sessions in prepaid packages will be handled according to our refund policy.

11. Dispute Resolution

We are committed to resolving any concerns through direct communication. If issues arise, please contact us immediately so we can address them. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through discussion will be handled through mediation in accordance with the laws of our jurisdiction.

12. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our practice or legal requirements. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or during our next session. Continued participation in coaching after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
